Chelsey Reschke is an operator-investor with more than fifteen years of leadership across industrial services, energy and CCUS infrastructure, advanced materials, and regulated-product commercialization. At BCH she leads the sourcing, structuring, and execution of direct and co-investment opportunities, and partners closely with management teams on growth strategy, capital planning, and post-close value creation. She is known for translating complex technical and regulatory constraints into sound investment decisions.
Before BCH, Chelsey spent years as a technical specialist on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. Her executive leadership career has spanned turnarounds, growth, and complex regulatory pathways, most recently as President and CEO of a commercialization platform in the life-sciences sector. Earlier, she founded and scaled an industrial technology division within a mature company, acted as a co-sponsor on a significant industrial acquisition, and held senior commercial and oversight roles on major energy infrastructure programs in Canada and abroad. That range has given her a practical feel for how operational complexity, regulatory constraint, and capital structure actually interact.
Chelsey holds an Executive MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and a BSc in Biology from the University of Alberta. She serves on private and not-for-profit boards, and she remains an active voice on technology commercialization and the practical realities of bringing high-value IP to market.
